CTS will design, evaluate and implement your networking needs and propose the best solution for your company.

Network Maintenance and System Administration.
For companies which already have a network installed but need third party network maintenance and network management, CTS will design a network maintenance program for your company at a fraction of the cost of hiring an in-house network manager.

Support Rates
Standard Rate £75.00 / hour billed in quarter hour units
Prepaid Client Rate £61.00 / hour billed in one minute units


Above rates based on a normal 08:30 - 17:30 working day (Monday to Friday)
Out of hours and Saturdays incur a "Time and a Half" charge
Midnight through 08:30 and Sundays are based on a "Double Time" rate

Managed Services
CTS can help you keep on top of the daily tasks such backup, anti-virus and software updates.

  • Configuration of your backup software so that your backup jobs are emailed to us when they finish. We can then check these logs and decide if any action needs to be taken.
  • Configuration of your antivirus software so that a report can be generated and emailed to us so that we know if any of your machines are not up to date.
  • Configuration of your Small Business Server to enable a daily report and alerts to be sent to us for daily monitoring.
  • Implementing Software Update Server into your network is highly recommended, this tool will keep your Windows 2000 and above computers up to date. We have the tools and knowledge to fine tune this application to get the best out of it.

    The prices for monitoring are stated below, any remedial work resulting from actioning something is charged at your contractual rates.

    Software Update Services There is no fixed fee, worked carried out is charged as your contractual rate.
